PSA warns that counterfeit inserts can copy legitimate public certification numbers, so PSA certificate verification cannot guarantee that an online-listed holder is genuine. Prefer a transaction with independent authentication
Independent inspection carries more weight than a large feedback total. Pay inside the marketplace with a credit card or another protected payment method.
