Grade mint Victini 98/101, N 101/101, the other Full Arts and Meowth 102/101 first. Only strong copies likely to earn PSA 9 or PSA 10 justify the fee. Noble Victories is a Black and White expansion from November 16, 2011, with 102 cards total, according to the PokeMasters set page. Grading means a company like PSA authenticates the card and assigns a 1-to-10 grade.

Why Victini Leads
CodedYellow lists Virizion 97/101, Victini 98/101, Terrakion 99/101, Cobalion 100/101 and N 101/101 as Ultra Rares. Meowth 102/101 is the Secret Rare.
Victini 98/101 Full Art is the set chase. PriceCharting and Sports Card Investor track it near $109 ungraded and about $3,530 in PSA 10. The same sources show a recent PSA 10 near $3,340, detailed in July 2026 sales data.
Does Full Art N Justify Grading?
Supporter N 101/101 carries a strong graded premium. PSA cert verification reports a PSA 9 estimate of $442, with population 279 and only 59 graded higher, shown in the PSA certification record.
That scarcity supports submission for clean copies. Check centering, corners, edges and surface before paying a fee. A PSA 9 can still perform when population above it stays small.
What About the Other Full Arts?
Virizion, Terrakion, Cobalion and secret Meowth deserve review in mint condition. PSA cert data reports Virizion 97/101 with 156 PSA 9s and 45 higher. It also reports Terrakion 99/101 with 111 PSA 8s and 182 higher.
Those figures show meaningful PSA scarcity without guaranteeing profit. Submit only sharp, well-centered copies with clean print. Light play usually removes the margin.
Can a Non-Ultra Rare Pay Off?
Yes, but only at a high grade. PriceCharting tracks Kyurem #34 near $4.50 ungraded versus about $704 in PSA 10. The gap comes from condition rarity, not raw value.
Most non-Ultra Rares will not repeat that pattern. Treat Kyurem as an exception for truly gem-mint copies. Do not submit played or off-center copies.
How Do You Pre-Screen?
Pokemon Price Tracker advises grading mainly when raw value is about $50 to $100 or more, PSA 10 trades near 2x raw, and centering is 55/45 or better, explained in the 2026 ROI grading guide. Cardrake and TCGTalk place PSA fees near $25 to $100-plus per card. Use this quick check: Skip commons, played cards and sub-$20 raw cards, since they often lose money even as PSA 10s.
- Raw card worth about $50 to $100 or more
- Realistic PSA 10 worth roughly twice raw
- Centering 55/45 or better front and back
- Sharp corners with clean edges and surface
