Mewtwo-EX Full Art #98, Reshiram-EX Full Art #95 and Zoroark Secret Rare #102 are the clearest grading candidates from Next Destinies. Grading means third-party authentication and 1-10 condition scoring, and only pack-fresh copies of those cards consistently justify the cost.
Next Destinies is the fourth Black and White expansion, released Feb. 8, 2012. It introduced Pokemon-EX in regular and Full Art forms across 99 cards plus 4 secret rares.

Why do high grades matter here?
The chase pool centers on six Full Art EXs numbered 94-99 and four secret rares numbered 100-103. Those ten cards carry most collector demand and resale value.
High-grade copies are scarce. PSA records show 127 PSA 9 copies of Zoroark #102 with only 11 graded higher, according to PSA certification verification. Mewtwo-EX #98 shows the same pattern, with 149 PSA 9 copies and only 13 graded higher.
Which Full Art EX cards pay for grading?
Reshiram-EX Full Art #95 offers the largest price jump. It trades around $112 raw versus $656 in Grade 9 and $3,094 in PSA 10, according to current Next Destinies market prices. Gem-mint submitters gain the most, while even Grade 9 adds strong value. Mewtwo-EX Full Art #98 is the other priority.
It trades around $181-$262 raw but about $2,330 in PSA 10 across 555 completed sales, according to Mewtwo-EX Full Art sales data. Centered, mint copies are clear candidates. Other Full Arts from Shaymin #94 through Regigigas #99 can work, but only with clean surfaces and sharp corners. Off-center or whitened copies rarely cover fees.
Are the secret rares worth submitting?
Zoroark Secret Rare #102 is the strongest secret-rare candidate. It trades about $157 raw versus $965 in Grade 9 and $2,106 in PSA 10. Pack-fresh copies benefit most because the graded premium is wide at both Grade 9 and PSA 10.
Emboar #100, Chandelure #101 and Hydreigon #103 have smaller buyer pools. Submit them only when centering, edges and surface look flawless under light. Light play erases the margin fast.
Should you grade your copy?
Submit only pack-fresh cards with centering of 55/45 or better. Corners, edges and surface must look clean with no whitening, scratches or print lines.
Apply a value filter before mailing. The expected graded value should exceed raw value plus three times grading cost, generally only when raw value exceeds $75. Measure twice, then submit the best-centered copies first.
