Pokemon TCG 30th Celebration Launch: Which Products Released First and Which Are Still Coming?

The Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration, a special anniversary expansion, launched worldwide on September 16, 2026 with an Elite Trainer Box and Poster Collection. Battle Decks arrive October 30, Ultra-Premium and Figure Collections arrive November 6, and a Binder Collection closes the rollout December 4. Collectors face staggered supply, not a single sellout date. Pack counts, promos and play items differ sharply by product, so price tracking should compare contents first.

Table of Contents

What launched first on September 16?

The first wave centered on the Elite Trainer Box. It holds nine 30th Celebration boosters, sealed packs with random cards, plus a Nidorina promo and sleeves, dice and dividers for play. The Pokémon Company North America press site lists those contents in its launch media alert.

The same launch added the Poster Collection. It holds three boosters, Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres promos and a two-sided poster. The Tech Sticker Collection, Knock Out Collection and Sylveon ex and Greninja ex boxes rounded out day one for different budgets.

What did the October 2 wave add?

The next wave added the Booster Bundle with six 30th Celebration boosters. Mini Tins followed the same day with two boosters, a sticker sheet, an art card and a code for Pokémon TCG Live, the digital version.

Nintendo and Pokémon Blog details the pack counts in its October 2 report. These are lower-cost sealed entries. They suit pack openings, set building and inexpensive gifts. The Live code adds digital play value without changing pull odds.

What arrives in late October and November?

Espeon ex and Umbreon ex Battle Decks are scheduled for October 30. They contain constructed, ready-to-play decks rather than booster packs.

November 6 brings the flagship Ultra-Premium Collection Day and Night. Each holds 29 boosters plus one Classic Collection pack, Pikachu ex plus Espeon ex or Umbreon ex, and a playmat, sleeves and deck box, according to the PHD Games distributor listing. The same day adds Mew and Mewtwo Figure Collections, each with five boosters, one foil promo, one oversize foil card and one sculpted figure.

Why does buying stretch into December?

The Binder Collection includes a 9-pocket binder, a storage album with card pockets, and five boosters. It moved from October 2 to December 4, when it will release alongside Sylveon ex and Greninja ex tins.

That delay keeps sealed supply arriving through December. Collectors can use the gap to plan: The Click notes that dates are launch points only, with availability varying by retailer and region, in its products guide.

  • Compare price per booster before paying a premium for boxes.
  • Match the product to the goal: promos, figures, play items or packs.
  • Expect restocks to land at different times by store and region.
